About Lotto HotPicks

Lotto HotPicks results are exactly the same as those for the main Lotto draw – with the exception of the Bonus Ball which isn’t used in this supplementary game. How to Play Lotto HotPicks

Lotto HotPicks costs £1 per line and players must choose numbers from 1 to 59, this is the same range used in the regular Lotto draw. How many numbers you need to choose varies depending on which version of the game you decide to play. There are five options available:

Pick 1 One number from 1 – 59
Pick 2 Two numbers from 1 – 59
Pick 3 Three numbers from 1 – 59
Pick 4 Four numbers from 1 – 59
Pick 5 Five numbers from 1 – 59

You need to match all of the numbers that you chose in order to win. So, if you bought a Pick 3 ticket and only matched two of the numbers drawn, then unfortunately you would not win a prize.

If you opt to enter the main Lotto draw as well, you do not have to use any of the same numbers for HotPicks. For example, if your Lotto numbers were 5, 9, 21, 33, 36 and 40 then your HotPicks numbers could be 7, 12 and 54. Buy a Lucky Dip rather than choosing your own numbers if you want to make sure your selection is completely random.
